About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Manager to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans and resolving billing disputes. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of collections activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and analyze data to identify trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collection processes

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a high-volume, B2B credit and collections environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• ERP system experience and proficiency in using various software applications
