  2. Lead and manage the execution of global finance programs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze global financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and best practices across all markets.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on financial matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop solutions to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and global market conditions to inform financial decision-making.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  9. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of financial programs.
  10. Communicate financial results and progress to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in global finance processes and systems.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  13. Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the global finance team.
  14. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the success of global finance programs.
  15. Represent CBRE Group in external financial events and conferences.
