Junior Account Manager (MSP)
Position Title: Junior Account Manager (MSP)
Position Class: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Director of Sales
Reports: None
Supports: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadowing and Learning: Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn the ropes, understand client needs, and build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Client Support: Assist in providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and track key performance indicators.
- Sales Support: Assist with proposal development, quoting, and contract administration.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless client delivery.
