Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through live chat in a courteous and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming experience.

1. Problem Resolution:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions during the chat session.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.

1. Order Support:

• Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders.
• Handle inquiries related to returns, refunds, or cancellations.

1. Knowledge Management:

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate responses.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and system updates.

1. Documentation:

• Accurately log all customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry and the resolution provided, into the CRM system.
• Generate daily or weekly reports on chat performance metrics as required.

1. Performance Goals:

• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Strive to improve customer retention and loyalty through exceptional service.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
• Share insights or feedback from customers to help improve products, services, or processes.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

 

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or online support roles is an advantage.
• Experience with live chat platforms or CRM software is preferred.

 

Skills:

• Exceptional written communication skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and clarity.
• Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute, with accuracy).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with online communication etiquette and tools.
