Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Advise clients on destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to help them make informed decisions
- Promote Travel Packages
- Utilize promotional strategies and materials to sell itineraries, tours, and package deals
- Highlight special offers and discounts to maximize customer value
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Maintain Customer Records
- Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Build & Retain Customer Loyalty
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, nurture relationships, and foster repeat business

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or client service role
- Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and comfort with various communication channels
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
