Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to lead cultural transformation in our remote-first, global environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic settings and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth. You will drive engagement, well-being, and innovation, fostering a people-first culture that supports high-performance teams and inclusion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead monthly meetings with area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs.
• Provide HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
• Develop and implement people programs in collaboration with HR departments.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions.
• Drive performance management processes across cycles.
• Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Partner with centers of excellence to design and execute organizational changes.
• Create and implement strategic talent management programs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.
• Proven expertise in HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) functions.
• Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
• Track record of working with C-Level executives.
• Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile frameworks (a plus).
• Experience supporting US employees (a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency.
