School Bus Route Manager - Brea, CA - Government Jobs - ID-4574
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled School Bus Route Manager to join our team at Government Jobs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe transportation of students to and from school.
You will drive a school bus along designated routes, pick up and discharge students in accordance with established time lines, and maintain order and discipline among students during transportation. Additionally, you will perform daily safety inspections and cleaning duties to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its occupants.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student transportation schedules
- Monitor student behavior during transportation
- Ensure compliance with applicable traffic and student transportation laws, codes, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of student transportation activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. You must also be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.92-$24.23, with opportunities to sub for regular drivers as needed.
