Responsibilities
* Support Shipping team and order fulfillment by picking and packing daily orders. , * Work with the Shipping team on daily priorities. , * Execute daily picking and packing needs. ,
* Support in pulling weekly Transfer Orders and weekly/seasonal photoshoot transfer orders. , * Support in packing weekly Transfer Orders and seasonal photoshoot transfer orders. , * Ensure packing standards are met and items are packed with sufficient protection. ,
* Maintain organized picking areas and stock shelves. , * Follow company policies and procedures. , * Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferably in home decor or interiors. , * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. , * Strong communication skills. ,
* Accuracy and attention to detail. , * Computer and ERP systems experience. , * Team player. , * Ability to lift and mobilize large items, up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
