- Strong accounting, audit, or transaction advisory service experience
- Excellent leadership, business development, recruitment, and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and transaction advisory services
- Outstanding written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all aspects of Financial Diligence engagements
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate meetings and calls
- Plan and execute financial due diligence projects for various industries
- Manage client expectations and lead change efforts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while cross-selling services
- Handle business development activities including proposals and thought leadership
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Mentor and develop staff while assessing performance
- Conduct interviews for potential candidates
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of related experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients
- CPA, CAMS, CRCM, ACFCS, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM or similar certifications preferred
- Solid experience in accounting and transaction advisory services
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Professional certifications (CPA, CAMS, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and client engagements
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff
