Skills

  • Strong accounting, audit, or transaction advisory service experience
  • Excellent leadership, business development, recruitment, and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all aspects of Financial Diligence engagements
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate meetings and calls
  • Plan and execute financial due diligence projects for various industries
  • Manage client expectations and lead change efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while cross-selling services
  • Handle business development activities including proposals and thought leadership
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Mentor and develop staff while assessing performance
  • Conduct interviews for potential candidates
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of related experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients
  • CPA, CAMS, CRCM, ACFCS, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM or similar certifications preferred
  • Solid experience in accounting and transaction advisory services
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Professional certifications (CPA, CAMS, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or advisory roles
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects and client engagements
