- Partnering with other product owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Overseeing and prioritize the product backlog to address both current and future needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Planning and lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with agile teams and stakeholders.
- Validating product deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
- Communicating product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior management, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Conducing user research, market analysis, and benchmarking to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Monitoring and assess product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction using various metrics and feedback channels.
- Identifying and address issues or risks that could impact product delivery, quality, or scope.
Requirements
- Have completed a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in a role focused on Integrated Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Operations.
- Certify as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with the ServiceNow ESG module.
- Experience in agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience for developing innovative, user-centric solutions that provide tangible value.
