Job description
- Solid Handling and Package Units Engineer will develop activities for specify, select and follow up of Solid Handling and Package Unit equipment, ensuring the compliance with the technical, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
Tasks include:
Proposal Phase:
- Review technical tender documentation
- Prepare Solid Handling and Package Units technical documentation for inquiry
- Review Vendor offers and prepare technical evaluation
- Support procurement team in defining cost evaluation for equipment
- Coordination with other disciplines Project phase:
- Review project specifications and technical requirement
- Prepare Solid Handling and Package Units technical documentation for inquiry
- Review Vendor offers and prepare technical evaluation
- Support procurement team in defining cost evaluation for equipment
- Prepare Solid Handling and Package Units technical documentation for purchase
- Review, mark-up comments and finalize all vendor drawings, interfacing with other technical disciplines
- Attend to internal review activities and participate in inter-discipline review meetings (P&IDs screening, 3D Model review, etc.) Remote Data Entry, No Experience, $40/hr, Part-Time
- Coordinate and assist other technical disciplines to perform engineering activities providing technical information as utilities and electrical load list, layouts, etc.
- Provide support for expediting and testing activities
- Provide support to project engineering for Client requirements providing technical information, attending meetings, etc. Development technology know-how Prepare technical specifications
- Prepare technical trainings for junior engineers Knowledge of international standards is required.
