We are looking to grow our team of Strategic Solution Specialists, or Strategic Account Executives, who are critical to our market penetration strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship building and ability to quickly close new business with business owners in the SMB space.
• Working hand and hand with Business Development Reps to build custom solutions for small business owners.
• Making a high volume of outbound calls through prospecting and generating new leads through proactive outreach.
• Developing, managing, and optimizing a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
• Encouragement to think/adapt to selling with technology methods to augment phone calls. Ex. social media, text, email, video conferencing.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2+ years inside sales experience (B2B/ short sales cycle preferred).
• Ability to complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to solution value-based closing.
• High energy and infectious attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Base + uncapped commissions & residuals (On Target Earnings = minimum of $110k in 1st year)
