About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Virtual Assistant to support a licensed real estate agent and short-term rental (Airbnb) owner. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Respond promptly to Airbnb guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate bookings.
Booking Management: Ensure calendar accuracy, track reservations, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Client Organization: Maintain records for new real estate clients, organize contacts, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
