Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

 

 This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Duties include but not limited to Picking, Packing, Stocking, Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
• Handle materials efficiently, including sorting, stacking, and storing items in designated areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to facilitate inventory management.

 

• Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist with the organization of the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling materials to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet operational goals.

 

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and materials handling best practices.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is a plus.

 

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
