You will be responsible for conducting research and facilitating the booking process for clients, covering various aspects including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and event ticket sales.
**Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with clients to identify their preferences and needs.
– Recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, dates, estimated costs, and accommodation options.
– Arrange and book transportation, lodging, insurance, and other relevant services.
– Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
– Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry updates.
**Qualifications:
– Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
– Strong communication skills are essential, with a background in sales being a significant advantage.
– Possession of a smartphone with internet access is mandatory. While having a laptop is recommended, it is not a strict requirement.
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
